From Sloths to Gazelles

I recently wrote a post about how the Contentacle team work. Jake and I used to be fine coding, writing and designing for hours whilst sitting, but not anymore.

What changed? Well, we purchased ourselves an Apple Watch each and it’s really driven us to get off our butts and stand.
